Phoebe Dixon
My qualifications are in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Integrative psychotherapy, Art Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I believe the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.
I work with both individuals and couples, in a space created for you to explore your unique experience without judgement.
For couples, I want to know the story of your partnership and get a sense of what daily life is like for you so we can work on specific skills together. We can strengthen your relationship through practicing effective communication, building trust, repairing ruptures and leaning into positive loving connection.

Couples therapy offers a calm, structured space to strengthen your relationship and navigate challenges together.
Using the Gottman Method and a relational, emotionally attuned approach, sessions support both partners to feel heard and respected.
Together, you’ll explore communication patterns, repair disconnection, and build healthier, more connected ways of relating.
Individual therapy with Stu offers a supportive, collaborative space to explore what’s feeling stuck, unclear, or overwhelming.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, facing relationship challenges, or simply needing space to reflect, sessions focus on helping you make sense of things and move forward with clarity.
Drawing on narrative therapy and strength-based approaches, the work supports confidence, insight, and meaningful change.
Individual sessions with Phoebe provide a grounded, reflective space to explore your inner world and what may be shaping your experience.
Using Gestalt and art therapies, the process invites curiosity, emotional awareness, and deeper self-understanding.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive to your needs, supporting lasting personal growth and a clearer connection to yourself and others.
