With qualifications in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, and the Gottman Method, my approach is guided by deep listening, curiosity and care.

 

I work with both individuals and couples, creating a space for you to explore your your unique experience without judgement.

 

For couples, this is a safe space where all voices are heard and we can strengthen your relationship through practicing effective communication, building trust, repairing ruptures and leaning into positive loving connection.
